Notes :

The red flush on the skin becomes total as the apple ripens, with darker almost mahogany long stripes. Some fruits have a scattering of

russet around the apex with small, pale ‘lenticles’

The skin texture is somewhat greasy


The flesh is white with  a  pleasant acid tang and just a hint  of astringency

 critically rare
